The deadline for applying for exhibition was Friday, 1 September 2023 and Kunstnerforbundet's application portal is closed. If you've applied for exhibition space, you may expect a response to the application within the turn of the year.

All visual artists, craft artists and duojárs are welcome to apply for exhibition space, regardless of education and membership in artist organisations. Kunstnerforbundet is committed to diversity in its programming and we encourage all artists to apply, regardless of gender, ethnic background, religion, disability, age, and sexual orientation. We accept applications in Norwegian, Scandinavian languages, Sámi languages and English. Groups are also welcome to apply.
The application form consists of a project description, preferred exhibition space, artist resumé and visual documentation of previous works and/or sketches for the exhibition project attached as images, video or sound.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exhibition applications on email, PDF or in a physical format. Only one exhibition application per user is allowed in the application portal.
You may expect an answer to your application within the turn of the year. The jury consists of the board and manager of Kunstnerforbundet.
